Free version was suspended from Google Play.

Free version of the Gallery+ for Pinterest was suspended from Google Play last friday.

We have never received any notifications from Google, and we have no ideas why. :(
We have sent an email to Google, but no responses yet.

Paid version is okay, but free version is not allowed on the market?

There are two differences between Free version and Paid version.
1. Ad.
2. Watermark on the photo user uploaded. (Manipulating original pics)

What is the problem? Copyright and Trademark of Pinterest?

We are already selling the same apps on iOS App Store over a month, and we even have emails received from Pinterest, say agreeing.
Moreover, our paid version is still normally being sold.

Above all, the biggest problem is that we do NOT know what the problem is.

Let's see how Google responds.

  1. So how about putting a link up on your blog or something, or would you prefer we pirate it to test it and then never bother paying for it?

    1. We are still waiting the answer from Google. We do not want to release our app on unofficial way.

  3. Just signed up for Pinterest and am interested in the app but am not going to purchase anything without trying it first. If Google can't get it's act together you should give potential customers a way to sideload the lite version to determine whether or not the paid version is worth the money. When/if Google puts the free version back online then you can pull the APK and force us to use Play.

    1. We have plan to offer the free version of our app on the other market places such as Amazon AppStore, Samsung Apps. In case of Amazon, we had sumitted a few weeks ago, but they have rejected our app due to some minor issues. In case of Samsung Apps, we must sumit our app for each kind of device families. There are too many device familiies. You can find the free version of our app on Samsung Apps for some specific device families. But there are still remained device families to be sumitted again.

    1. We support currently Pinterest authentification only.

Even though you always login through Facebook or Twitter, you may have Pinterest account. Please check your Pinterest account on official Pinterest web-site.

We will add the feature that can log in through Facebook or Twitter in the near future.
